The customer service here was outstanding—quick to respond and always followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped with great appliances, and the location had its pros and cons. While it’s in a very convenient spot, East 62nd Street can be a bit hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Overall, though, it was a great stay!

Great location, just 5-10 minutes from the subway and 15 minutes from Central Park. The apartment was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was spacious and super comfortable. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The building also has a luggage room, which was perfect for storing our bags before check-in or after checkout.
